Sweet n Sour Meatballs

9 0z Grape Jelly
12 Oz Heinz Chile Sauce
1 bag frozen meatball
2 tsp lemon juice
Place all items in a Crockpot and cook on low 5-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
Serve when meat balls are fully cooked and browned.
